Now with the installation of IMPORTED FULLY AUTOMATIC ROTARY MULTI STATION PRESS from Italy, we can offer paving tile size upto 40cm x 40cm and thickness as high as 35mm. With this STATE-OF-THE ART manufacturing process we ensure uniform thickness of top-layer due to VIBRO-COMPACTION which also eliminates air-bubbles and voids, thus providing a smooth surface without pin-holes. With a casting pressure of 300 tons, very high compressive strength is imparted to tiles which results in high transverse strength and surface abrasion resistance, and very low water-absorption properties.
